Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective [DATE]  ·  Last updated [DATE]

We would rather you understand this before you pay than discover it afterward. It is written plainly on purpose.

Cancel in one click, any time.

Log in, go to Account, select Cancel. That is the whole process. No phone call, no chat queue, no retention offer, no three-step "are you sure." If cancelling ever takes more than one click, that is a bug — email us and we will cancel it for you and fix it.

How the subscription works

If you are not eligible for treatment

You are not charged for medication you cannot receive. If a clinician reviews your intake and determines treatment is not appropriate for you, we refund [100%] of your first payment, automatically, within [5–10] business days. You do not have to ask.

[IF A NON-REFUNDABLE CONSULTATION FEE APPLIES, STATE THE EXACT AMOUNT HERE AND DISCLOSE IT AT CHECKOUT BEFORE PAYMENT. IF NONE APPLIES, SAY SO EXPLICITLY.]

Why we can't take medication back

Once prescription medication has been dispensed and shipped, it cannot be returned, resold, or refunded. This is not a policy we chose for commercial reasons — federal and state pharmacy law prohibits reintroducing dispensed medication into the supply chain, because its storage conditions can no longer be verified. Every legitimate pharmacy operates this way.

What we can do instead: if the treatment is not working for you, message your clinician before your next renewal. They can adjust the approach, or tell you honestly that this isn't the right treatment — in which case cancel and we will stop billing immediately.

On "money-back guarantees"

You will notice we do not offer one on medication. Any company promising a full refund if a prescription drug "doesn't work" is either not honoring it, or is quietly taking returns it cannot legally resell and pricing that loss into your subscription. We would rather charge you less and be straight about it.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and any order already placed for that period still ships. You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email — if you do not get one within an hour, assume it did not go through and contact us.

Pausing instead

You can pause for [1–3] months from Account settings. Pausing stops billing and shipments, and keeps your clinical record and founding rate intact. Many people pause rather than cancel, and that is fine with us.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong, email support@getoh.co first. We respond within [1] business day and would nearly always rather refund you than argue. Filing a chargeback before contacting us tends to freeze the account and slow everything down for both of us.

Your rights are not limited by this policy

Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including state automatic renewal statutes. Where the law gives you a stronger right than this policy does, the law applies.
