Where we've landed on this
Most health websites load a dozen third-party trackers and then write a policy explaining why that's fine. We took the other route: we run no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site, so there is very little to disclose. This page exists to prove that rather than to excuse the opposite.
1. What cookies are
Small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember things between page loads — that you are signed in, or which preferences you set. “Cookies” here also covers similar technologies such as local storage, pixels, and web beacons.
2. What we use
| Type | What it does | Can you refuse it? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in, secures forms against abuse, remembers your privacy choices. | No — the site cannot function without these, and they set no advertising identifiers. |
| Analytics | Counts page views and referral sources in aggregate so we can tell which pages are useful. | Yes. |
| Advertising | — | We don't use any. See section 4. |
Specific cookies in use

This table is audited and updated whenever we change the site. If you find a cookie here that isn't listed, tell us at privacy@getoh.co and we will fix the page.
3. What we don't do
- No advertising or retargeting pixels on health-related pages. We will not follow you around the internet with reminders about a sexual health service.
- No cross-site behavioral tracking.
- No selling or sharing of cookie data with data brokers or ad networks.
- No health information in any cookie or tracking pixel. Your intake responses, symptoms, and clinical data never touch an analytics or advertising tool.
4. Advertising measurement
We do advertise, which means we need to know which campaigns bring people here. Where we use platform measurement tools, we do so on non-clinical pages only, and we do not transmit health information, intake responses, or any signal that you sought or received treatment.
This is a deliberate trade. Passing richer conversion data back to ad platforms would make our advertising cheaper and better targeted. It would also mean handing a health inference about you to a third party, and we would rather pay more for ads. Current advertising partners: [AD PLATFORMS].
5. How to control cookies
- On this site: [MANAGE PREFERENCES LINK]
- In your browser: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in and forms.
- Global Privacy Control: we honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out of sale and targeted advertising.
- Do Not Track: there is no agreed industry standard for DNT, so we do not respond to it. We honor GPC instead, which is enforceable in several states, and our practices above apply regardless of either signal.
6. Third-party services
Some pages load resources from third parties — fonts and, where relevant, a payment processor. These providers may set their own cookies and are governed by their own policies. We choose providers partly on how little they collect.
7. Changes
If we add a cookie category, we will update this page before the change goes live and, where consent is required, ask for it first.
